Cassie is a 20 year old college kid who has spent her whole life being spoiled, when her parents tell her to either go to the job interview or they will stop her cash flow
Cassie gets the job and end up watching a five year old four days a week after a while she notices weird sounds coming from the basement but ignores them.

"Well then. That's the first time a girl has ever rejected my close proximity," he said, eyes ablaze with a playful fire. "You better get used to it," I retorted as I spun on my heel and headed for the school doors that led to the outside. "I've never met anyone like you before," he called after me, this time, not coming after me. "I know, Romeo. I'm a special little snowflake," I called back, not turning around. "You got the 'little' part right there, Princess!" he shouted after me. I threw up my middle finger back to him and heard him laugh as I exited out the doors rather dramatically. ... I'm tired of all those high school stories about a straight-A girl student with the perfect life who falls for the stereotypical Mr. Bad Boy who wears leather black jackets and only has a soft spot for her. That's not how the real world works, sweetheart. I may look like a damsel, but I'm never in distress. ... "Holy fuck," she heard the man say, or rather shout, before the sound of something crashing to the floor met her ears. She spread her fingers slightly, peeking through to assess the damage. "Don't look!" She clamped her eyes closed. "Who are you?" Ana resisted the urge to peek once more as she heard him move around. "Better yet who the hell are you," he bit back sharply and she resisted the urge to flinch at the unnecessarily harsh tone. "Do you live here?" "No," he deadpanned. Her eyebrows furrowed in slight confusion. "I'm just in a random ass college dorm walking around naked. What do you fucking think, Sherlock?" He sneered and she bit the side of her cheek to hold back the oncoming eyeroll. Leave it to the second college student Ana comes across to be a total jerk. "Well then I do believe that makes me your roommate." ~~~ All Princess Anastasia wanted was to get through college quietly, receive her degree and enjoy the simplicity of life in the process. But, after her first day ends on bad terms with one of her new roommates, it starts a series of prank wars that completely destroys every hope she ever had of living like a normal person. Her brothers love her, but due to their pathetic excuse for a father, their overprotective nature spirals into straight up helicopter parenting. Getting a fresh start by moving away from the bad memories, they're bound to run into a few new problems. One of which being their cocky, self-assured next door neighbor who isn't too discreet about taking an obvious liking towards Maddie. Her hope that he'd give up and leave her alone diminishes when his dorky personality starts to shine through, growing on her.
