Emma Monroe is a senior and she has just gotten accepted to the most prostigous dance school in all of Manhattaan Malters Dance Company.
Her father doesn't approve because he thinks dance is a waste of time and she cant go to a college for dance.
Anyways Emma does, She becomes princepal dancer and top of her class. Malters Decides to put on the full production of Swan lake. Emma gets lead role and that is a huge honor.
Until one day she gets into an accident that could ruin her whole career. and maybe cost her the part in Swan Lake. Emma believes that she can dance again so she goes to to therapy. But will it be enough time for her to get back to where she is and to perform in Swan lake or will she have to quit dancing forever?
