(ongoing work) The world has changed dramatically as you may have known it. There is no bright green grass, no trees (well none that ain't scorched toothpicks), water is a valuable commodity and often used for bartering for supplies. The world had become a desolate wasteland. I guess world war six was one hell of a battle. This country trying to take over that one, an so forth. Well when one side wasn't winning by brute force they decided it best to simply nuke the blimey bastards. So it began that way, or so im told. One place sent of nukes, which triggered others to launch theirs. It would seem no side won that war. Considering humans were now officially on the extinction list.

An unknown alien civilization appeared out of nowhere one day, they spawned from the darkest corners of the Earth, it is still unknown how they even appeared. But Humanity had more pressing problems The two fought a bloody war, lasting a unknown amount of time, it was informally called "The World War" during the "Second Dark Age" Ultimately. Humanity lost, Bad. Due to the Raptures endless numbers and invulnerability to most weapons. Humans, more than 90% of their population dying, what's left of humanity was driven underground Forced to adapt and survive But even in this harsh times, Humanity remains corrupt, evil, and uncaring to each other Though... The ones on the surface are different. Even after the War. Humans still lived in the surface, in small pockets, scavenging scraps of technology from the Second Dark Ages. Barely getting by But once these two discover each other. And hopefully... Hopefully unite "War does not care who is right. Only what is left" And what is left... Shall rise once more

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Concluida

When Earth had been invaded in an instant, the powers that be selected very few individuals who would one day defend the Earth in the far future and become the Hope of Humanity. Their plan, however, hadn't taken into account a different kind of threat, where the rest of humanity had to fight to survive on their own without these so-called "Hope of Humanity." Instead, the last of humanity created tough fighting machines known as Nikkes, who were the ones who truly became humanity's hope. Since the initial invasion, one of those Hopes has been awakened and brought into the Ark; a surviving underground civilization, where the remaining humans wait for the day they'd reclaim the surface.
