Year 4020. Planet Earth is not the same as it was in the 21st century. Scorching heat, flooding downpours, and bitterly cold winter. Once a blue-green planet is now just barren pieces of land and is under the jurisdiction of Alien species. Due to these calamities, the human population was nearly wiped out with a mere 5% of the then existing population. That too only 1% of them is fertile. The scientists of that era are given the task to create hybrid species with genes of an animal, who are capable of producing offspring with humans. The feature which makes a human distinguished from other species is emotions. Lee Hana, a scientist of that age, produces a highly intelligent hybrid. But according to the test results, it lacks EQ. In the distant future of the 28th century, mankind had survived near extinction then made it into the wider galaxy. With almost no other sapient life in the Milky Way to stop humanity's expansion. Space was ripe for the picking. Now mankind and the enigmatic Voidrians formed the U.S.S.A. The (United Solar Systems Alliance). Before Mankind became the dominant force in the Milky Way, Earth was in shambles. Natural resources were nearly depleted, diseases were rampant and most of Earth's population was in poverty. The humans who landed on the little planet had nearly lost all hope until they stumbled upon unknown ancient ruins beneath the planet's surface where they discovered untold amounts of bizarre advanced technology. Earth and humanity were saved, and the little planet to thank for their salvation was named Umbra.
