Hopeless

Street singer Roquel Williams is used to earning about $20 a day, on a good day. Every week she jumps to a new hotel. Running from her past, her addictions stay with her wherever she goes. One day, when confronted with her past, two kind strangers offer to take care of her for a while. When she accepts the help, her past starts to catch up to her, along with her inner demons. Help doesn't always help. When she falls in love with one of the kind strangers, it brings more trouble than she could ever imagine.
