Dana Wilson is a soon to be 16 year old! Her birthday is just in a couple days. There is just one little thing, she is born on Leap Day! Really it's her 4th birthday and not her 16th. The night before her birthday she gets a little visit, but from who? A fairy! Yes I did just say a fairy. She came there to tell her that she gets 4 wishes for her special birthday.
