As we approach her cell. The smell of death becomes stronger. The power of the smell is incredible. Personally, I'm not sure it's describable. You want to gag when you're fifty feet away. The smell gets into your throat and you can taste it. You will literally run to find some clean air. Even then, it lingers and you can't quite get the smell away. Even though you can no longer physically smell it, you remember it and it takes quite a while to get over it.

'And she's chained up at the source of the smell? How can she stand it? It excruciatingly painful' i think to myself

We finally arrive at her cell, Ronan opens the door and were hit with an unimaginable wave of death and there in the center of the room is where she's held. the way she was bound was different, for she had this leg chain that's so long that it was wound all around her body, and two rings on her neck, one attached to the chain, the other to what they call a "keep-friend" or "friend's foot," from which hung two irons reaching to her waist with two manacles fixed to them in which her hands were secured by a big padlock, so that she could neither raise her hands to her mouth nor lower her head to her hands. Even with all this, she's still able to break free and kill

"How does she eat?" I ask

There are worse things than death. ___ "What is wrong with you?" I seethed. She had my back against the wall, pinning me down so I couldn't move. She was much stronger than me, even when I used my strength to get out of her embrace. I held her gaze and I knew that she was gone. There wasn't an ounce of goodness left in her body. She laughed at my question. Of course, I knew what was wrong with her. But I have to find a way to get her back. "What is wrong with me? Ha, nothing sweetheart." she told me with a smile on her face. "I'm just having a little fun." "Yeah, and fun for you is killing innocents," I growled. "Oh, I hate to say this to you but they aren't all innocent." I finally broke free of her and I dropped her to the floor. I held her down with both arms while I was on top of her. All she did was give me a smile. An eerie smile that made a shiver run down my spine. "I should kill you for what you've done," I whispered. "I should make you pay." "Oh, but Sebastian, you won't," she said. "You know why? Because at the end of the day I'm still me, and you will never hurt me, will you?" I hated that she was right. I couldn't kill her. My mind told me that it would be the best to do it but my heart told me otherwise. I mentally cursed at myself for letting this happen to her. "Elora, I know you're still in there." I said. She was still on the ground, but she was not resisting which seemed odd. "She died a long time ago," she said finally. "Alongside her love for you." ___ Book Two in the "From Death to Life" Trilogy #13 in Bloodlust

"Why are you all looking at me with such long faces?" I question slyly. Everyone looked at me with hate. He motions with his hand, soon more guards come piling in. Their guns were filled with wooden stacks, coated with sorrel and perilla. I roll my eyes. "How dumb have you become, dear? Don't you know a tribrid like me can't be killed?" I laugh shortly. "What is it you want, Octavia?" He questions, glaring at me, holding his glass of champagne tightly. I smile, "Sweetie, you know exactly why I'm here. I've come for what's mine, hand it over so I don't have to kick your ass in front of all these people." The crowds start laughing, along with him. His deep laugh echoed through the room. "What makes you think you can beat me? What can a little thing like you do?" I take a tray from the nearest waiter and grab the last glass of champagne, downing it. Sighing, I wipe my mouth, dropping the glass, allowing it to shatter on the ground. I hold the tray tightly, I throw it like a frisbee, slicing the head of a guard clean off. The tray sticks in the wall, while the head slowly falls off the tray. "Now?" I ask sweetly, feeling my eyes glow. "That good enough for you?" ↞⍥↠ Octavia Lycan has been searching for answers her entire life, well what she can remember of it. The one thing that she craves to have more than anything is memories. *Short Story* It is difficult to stay with the people who look down at you like you are some kind of disease. It hurts when they don't want to acknowledge you for the good things you have done. Annie Ryan was nothing but a quiet, innocent teenager waiting for her mate to save her from the dark hell she was living in. |Highest Ranking: 76 in Werewolf, 13/3/21 | After the murder of her parents, sentenced to live the rest of her life out as a rouge. What happens when Clara stop's running to save a girl from non-other than a rouge, and the girl just so happens to be the Alpha's sister. Follow the story as Clara gains a better understanding of this mysterious Alpha, and face the terrors the haunt her past. Sneak Peek: 'What are you doing turn around and go back, where safe here. I know it.' Said Maia ignoring her request I shifted and ran into the forest. I didn't know this forest well and was sure I was getting lost, though I still kept running. I heard a bundle of footsteps that weren't my own. I stopped tacking a moment to even my breathing, when I was jumped on by a big wolf he was probably double the size of me. He was pure black with a white patch on his chest. He was the alpha. Oh shit * * * This is my first book, so I hope you enjoy please give it a go. The description might not be that good, but I really enjoyed writing it and I hope you enjoy reading it. Was written by me at 13 it is cliche and full of spelling and grammatical errors, that I'm not going to fix (I'm lazy). Read at your own risk.
