The queen contacted Ciel by letter, confessing where his younger sister, Carmen was all this time since the accident. She was with her majesty, kept safe. Ciel rushed over there the next day, and he was reunited with Carmen. Of course, Sebastian was puzzled why the young master was helping her a lot and dismissing paperwork to be with her. The truth is, she's blind.

I turned the letter over in my hand, I hadn't seen my dear sister, Cecilia, since the fire, the doctors weren't sure she'd make it and she'd spent the past two years recovering from her extensive injuries.
