Once upon a time, on an island untouched by man, lived the humble species known as the Crystal Dragon...named so for the crystalline nests they would build to protect their eggs. Well, that and their flame was hot enough to make certain things into crystals, but I digress. They were amazing, and as legend has it they guarded a horde of gold large enough to buy the entirety of Olympus. Unfortunately due to...well something that shall remain unnamed, there is only one Crystal Dragon left...her name is Kyrstina, but she prefers Kyra. She knows the pain of loss, and hardly has any friends to speak of. The Dragons she finds friendly end up being either obsessed with her, or betray her. This story? Well let's just sat that she's about to find something she's only felt once before...love.
