Meet 23 year old Selena Rose Jacobs. Suffering from tragic family problems in the past, Selena has one small illness. Flashbacks...she'd get them every day almost every hour. Medication helped unless if there was something huge that came into Selena's life.

Despite her flashbacks, Selena is married to the man she has loved for three years, Jace Edwards. For three years, they are the happiest couple and each day, they love each other more and more.

But when Luke Grace comes back, Selena's medication ceases to work...after all, Luke is Selena's first love. Selena's flashbacks that she had thought were gone appear again and everything seems uncertain. When Luke Grace appears both in her life and her flashbacks, she wonders if marrying Jace was the right thing to do.

Luke wants Selena back and is determined to get her back, even though she's a married woman...and Jace is his best friend.
