Burnt Past

At the beginning of sophomore year at Parkview High School, Jess finds herself questioning everything she thought she knew about an old friend. She spends the year uncovering the complicated past of her lost friend, Deangelo. Facing challenges such as depression, losing loved ones, and trying to find out who she is, Jess feels like the earth crumbles underneath her feet.
