It was a beautiful day, a cool breeze was blowing, the sun was shining, and people were walking around hand in hand then there was me sitting on the bench, looking at all of them and thinking when will I find someone who will hold my hand and walk beside me.

Before proceeding any further let me introduce myself first.

Hi! I am Mia and this is my story.
I must be the most single person ever born on this earth. I never had a boyfriend in my 25 years of life wait forget boyfriend I never even had a Fling or flirted with anyone. Let's just say it is not my cup of tea. Nobody believes me though when I tell them this but what can I do?

Reason you might wonder, right? I don't know. Maybe it is all about bad timing. Whenever someone approached me at that time I used to have feelings for someone else and I would reject them but then the person I liked started dating someone else. My friends mostly. Pity!
But I think it's high time. I am done with my boring, monotonous life of mine. I need to have some fun, some adventure.
Let's see what happens!

I closed my diary and stood up from the bench. Yes. I need to do something about it. All my friends are in a relationship. My sister is married and I am all alone now. I should have a companion.

I plugged in my earphones and started walking towards my home. It was only 5 kilometers away.
