Insanity

Justin and Austin had been at odds for...about a year now. To be more specific, Jett and Adrian, their alter-egos, a high-ranked son of death and an electric demon, respectively, are the ones at odds; the hosts were just dragged into the conflict. Adrian claims they had a rivalry before becoming alters. Jett states that they just never got along.
But Austin knows there's more to his alter's story than he lets on. Justin knows the words that come or of his alter's mouth is absolute bull. And yet, Adrian refuses to elaborate, and Jett is unwavering in his resolve that what happened in the past stays in the past.
So, communication and emotions are suppressed, almost suffocating everyone in the crossfire, before Justin and Jett catch wind of the news that Austin-and Adrian- have been infected by the Corruption. Even with the two alters' little spat between them, nobody is willing to let the other die.
With the electric demon and his host fighting for sanity, Justin and Jett must figure out a way to stop the disease before it takes over the other two completely.
It doesn't help that Jett's previous association with the government causes the federal system of Ufoureuh to step in though, nor does the fact that Justin and Austin are hitmen with identities that shouldn't be revealed at all costs.
The four soon discover that the world they see isn't the only reality, and the government will do anything to keep their mouths shut. The population is in danger, and they quickly learn that secrets aren't meant to be kept, especially not if it puts the ones they love in danger.
