Keaton Carmichael(V) is an orphan who is more than a little weird. He's been moved from orphanage to orphanage due to the strange things that always seem to happen around him. All his life he has felt isolated and unwanted.

This book is centered around v but will give background stories on all the boys since consequent books will be about each of them.

Although Sophia is shy, sometimes scared of the opposite gender, and has a fear of boxes, this couple is determined to show Sophia that the world has a bright and happy side.
