Hilary, a spoiled rich girl from the Hamptons moves to the Upper East Side, and she is NOT liking anything about it so far, especially that she has to leave her role as the it-girl of her old school to be the new kid at an entirely new school. With the start of school, having always been the queen bee, Hilary is desperate to get in with the cool crowd. Tiffany makes her part of her clique, and introduces them all to her perfect boyfriend, Richard. When a sudden instant connection starts between Hilary and Richard, they can't resist being together despite the fact that Tiffany is Hilary's best friend and Richard's girlfriend. More complications arise when Tiffany finds out about the relationship, and is dead-set on taking down Hilary.
