The Institute is a place where talented (or rich) high schoolers can live for the school year and attend classes. But the IPC (Institute for Privileged Children) only accepts people with oddities. Like Annica, a runaway princess who is almost superhuman in her marksmanship. Or Ichigo, son of werewolves, and he was born with fox ears and a fox tail. Maybe his mum had a thing with a fox..? But anyway, there's also Nekko (pronounced Neeko), Lily, and Theisis, all who have something off about them. The school knows it and loves it. What would you do if you were stuck in a place with angry and powerful teenagers for 8 months?

These were called the 'Irregulars', all sent to 'Sacred High', a highschool created specially for them. This however is not a normal school, as there are no adults around to lead anything.
