Book 1

"The both of you were born in a fire during a storm."

One night in 1996 Tony Stark had a fling with his soon to be assistant Virginia 'Pepper' Potts. Once Virginia was hired later that month after the fling. She confessed that she was pregnant with twins. His twins. Though as Tony states many time that night wasn't the reason she was hired. She doesn't believe him.

Soon the girls are born, and raised to be smart, brave, cunning, intelligent, beautiful but most importantly of all Sam and Alex Stark were raised to be brilliant. Above all else they stand their ground and know right from wrong. But what happens when something goes wrong on a simple trip with their dad and uncle Rhodey. The four of them leave but only two come back.

What happens when the bond between sisters is broken and the world as they know is gone. What will come of the bond between friend and foe when trust is lost.

Enjoy the ride of Sam and Alex's childhood because it wont last forever. Nothing does.
