(I don't know how to describe it yet lol so here's a little info for know) When Kalika was a baby she was abandoned and taken in by her peoples enemy, the Sundarans. Where she is raised to hate the Twilainan people and trained to kill them. Soon becoming one of the most feared generals in Sundara and gaining the favor of the king she is content to stay that way until one day when she is sent on a mission to spy and infiltrate a Twilainan war camp, she begins questioning everything she has been taught as she pushes her way higher up in the camp beginning to befriend her "enemies" and gaining the attention of a dangerous (and handsome obviously) war general. Have the people that raised her been lying? Are the Twilainans, her "people" tricking her? Or is this all just the gods messing with her?

(Looks like my updates on this are slowing down to almost once a month, sorry, as I get closer to the conclusion, the process slows. I will continue to try to publish once or twice a month on Saturday or Sunday.) The Masters are gathered, and the students have shown their skills, but the training has barely begun. Natalia waits for the new life growing in her body and her soul. She has made her choice, but it will not be the last one. In the safety of the Master's Vale, the complexity of the real world can be forgotten, especially during the rigors of training. But outside of the Vale, forces continue to move towards war. Lukas waits outside the Vale, trying not to become jealous of the life Natalia and Raja are building together. His purpose is clear, he must save the Kingdom from downfall, the Queen must not win this ground. But his reasons for fighting are beginning to blur and forces around him seek to shift his focus. Who is his true enemy? Raja should be happy. He has two bondmates, growing magic, and an offspring he had never anticipated. But everything feels like it is balanced on a knife's edge, and his Tribe calls to him. What will tip the scale? The intrigues of the Masters and the Queen become ever more complex, weaving a web over the three. As more people enter their lives, the tangles and snares multiply. No one can see the future clearly, but the Queen will not stop. So it is time for everyone to prepare for war.
