In a country once known as the US, technology is advanced in a way never before possible, and far more advanced than the other countries. For one, they have pizza rolls that don't burn your mouth. For another thing, they have necklaces that practically bring you to your soulmate so you don't have to go through the tortures of heartbreak, betrayal, and "being single". Because of this, crime has been practically at a virtual standstill. Everyone has been busy being with, finding, and enjoying time with their true love. Well, almost everyone. A man destroyed his necklace. Like, ground it, melted it, and poured that into a river -- aka no chance of getting it back, ever. So he got all mad because no one else knew his pain so he devised a plan to gain a people of his own. The plan eventually began to be carried out, and that's when the killing started happening. Dozens of people followed his lead until the were captured by the army and placed in a maximum security prison. Over a course of five years, ten of them were broken out, one by one. They traveled to the Southwestern Territory, formerly Mexico, and hid there, occasionally coming out of hiding to wreak havoc. Sierra Lance and her soulmate, Bradley Perrier, are two of the 68 living survivors of the massive attack on Station 2. They travel to the Capitol to organize a capture of the group who did this to their country, but that is where they made their biggest mistake.
