Lucy Heartfilia:
A girl who used to be high spirited, but after her mother died became depressed. After a year her 'father' started to abuse her, blaming her for her mother's death. After 6 years of her father abusing her she ran away to Magnolia and transferred to anew school, FairyTail Academy (a.k.a. FTA) and became mute and emotionless.

Now let's go to Natsu.

Natsu Dragneel: 
A boy who lost his twin brother in a car accident and then joined the basketball team since that was his brothers favorite sport. He then became the captain, top bad boy, and the schools player. He dated every girl and is currently dating the schools cheer captain, Lissanna Strauss. Once Lucy joins FTA he makes it HIS job to make her fall in love with him, get into her pants, then break her heart.

What will happen?

If you asked someone at Fairytail High who Lucy Heartfelia was, they would have no idea. She is like a shadow, fitting in with the crowd. Lucy has never spoken to anyone or shown her face. Because she is bullied by Natsu Dragneel, the hottest, coolest, smartest guy in the school. He torments her to death. Taking her diary, and reading it in front of the cafeteria, posting flyers up all over the school of a terrible altered photo of her, and giving her mental and physical beat downs. The only thing is, every time Natsu does something horrible, she tolerates it, and forgives him. Because Natsu hit his head one day, and forgot about her. Forgot about them being best friends. (I recently read this story over again and it is FREAKING SO DEPRESSING...all except for the ending. A lot of things happen very quickly but just bind with me.)
