This story focusses on a hypothesis of mine, that our universe is a cell in an organism of a much larger universe which is in turn a cell of a larger universe etc. The story looks at this idea from two angles, one from the perspective of a scientist discovering the universe inside a cell, and another from the explorers discovering the much larger universe that their cell is a part of. I don't have very much for this story yet, but if people are interested I will put more effort into developing it further.All Rights Reserved

Prologue: Earth has found out they're not alone in the universe. An alien species have contacted Earth, giving them a chance to be protected by the aliens out there that threatens the universe. They inform them that there are in fact thousands of alien species out there. The alien race, who calls themselves Opsidians, offer Earth a chance at competing in the Games, a televised reality competition game they host. In order to win the protection, Earth will have to send a tribute to the Games. They know little to nothing about the Games or these alien species. But after consideration, they don't see the harm in sending one. And realise it might be their only chance.
