Bill Weasley decides he should try out a Muggle method to handling feelings -- therapy. While sitting in the small building, he meets a girl around George's age named Allie Holland. The two become friends during their therapy sessions, and Bill finds himself attached to the younger girl.

(Note: I know Skype wasn't invented until 2003 and this is set in 1998, but let's pretend.)
