Every 10 years on August 23rd a serial killer known by many as ' the Baylem killer', kills people in a massacre of over 500 people, his last known event caused an accident that had an aeroplane crash into a subway killing over 500 people. The secret service were desperate and so they went to get help from John Mason ,serial killer they caught 8 years ago, the only man who really knows what Baylem looked like and how he killed his victims in a pattern before the Massacre of August 23rd occurs
