The A.R.M.A.D.A. Tier III Officer Max makes a crash-landing on Cosmopolis, while he is trying to make an escape from the gang-city he meets the mysterious April, who helps him escape, but also gives him proof that the A.R.M.A.D.A. is not what it seems...
