Wayo Panitchayasawad is a very cheerful first-year medical student who lives with his brother, Forth, a tough looking second-year Engineering student after their parents passed away when they were in high school.
Wayo is a simple and childlike boy who leads a peaceful life with a brother who loves him, friends he can rely on and a dream to pursue.
But his peaceful life begins to shatter, and his world begins to crumble when someone with a motive to destroy him, comes into his life.
