Stuck a massive killing game, Miu Iruma is writhing in despair. After being strangled to death for the umpteenth time, she struggles to escape demise as the same day repeats over and over again after each fatality. 
However, this seemingly endless loop can't last forever.
Every time the day restarts, her lethal wounds resonate a bit more and grow darker each time.
Her energy depletes as she begins to question her chances of life, terrorized from the time related phenomenon.
