At the 2018 Nurse's Ball, Alexis just got a "crushing" blow about Finn's real feelings. That's when her ex-husband, Julian Jerome, comes to comfort her. But something's not right with him, he's pale and out of breath, and rubbing his chest. Before she can even call for help, he's on the ground.
Julian doesn't see the end of the night, and everyone is quick to write it off as "natural causes." But not Alexis or Kim. They're determined to find out how an otherwise healthy man could die so suddenly.
The two woman decide to team up and get to the bottom of things, along with an unexpected guest.
