Zelda and her husband, Link, are forced to leave Hyrule castle, thanks to an uprising of monsters taking over. Unfortunately they lose their son, Prince James of Hyrule, who was assassinated shortly before all hell broke loose.
Now that they've defeated this evil, their lives are back on track, and are quite happy, a new evil awaits them. And a few friends from a couple of different worlds come to lend them their aid. How will this adventure turn out?
*disclaimer - Though I own the storyline, I do not own Legend of Zelda, or any of the other franchises that are mentioned in this fan fictions, besides a few occasional original characters.*

Zelink AU Modern Fanfiction Link and his grandfather always used to go on an ice fishing trip every winter break. But when Link's grandfather passes away, Link decides to rent part of the old cabin he used to own, and go have his fishing trip as normal.
