Menma Uzumaki is Naruto's twin brother, who has half of the nine tails and made the ultimate goal to become the captain of the Anbu team so that everyone could respect him and know his strength even though he is an complete opposite from his brother he wishes to be the best so he can be by Naruto's side when he becomes Hokage.
