On Jupiter, your body isn't genetics. It's who you are. How beautiful your soul is determines how beautiful your appearance is. But those who have become so twisted, so corrupted, that they have no chance of redemption, those are sent to Earth, where everyone is corrupted by greed, and your appearance is the only thing that matters. Oceana is an inhabitant of Jupiter sent on a mission to Earth. She must disguise herself as a teenager named Kate, just to see how horrible the Earth-Dwellers are.
