~Rewritten from August 2019 to October 2019~ A relationship like theirs shouldn't work. They're too busy chasing their own demons and running from what haunts them on a daily basis. Love has no place between them, and their hearts are not habitable for it. But when there's a mixing pot of emotions, secrets, and trauma, it makes them truly believe that they have a chance. That they can do this. While dealing with the ghosts of the past, the two soon realize that all that glitters is not necessarily gold.
