There's always one friend that will feel left out from a group of friends. Will it be the same of friends of five? Or will it just be like any other friendship? We live in a society where people are so insensitive about people who are suffering from past, present and future truama. This book is an awareness book. That even if your friend is always smiling, always making you laugh. You don't know what demons their fighting in the dark. I think we normalize being toxic like it's something to be proud of when you are hurting people who genuinely love and care about you. ~Rewritten from August 2019 to October 2019~ A relationship like theirs shouldn't work. They're too busy chasing their own demons and running from what haunts them on a daily basis. Love has no place between them, and their hearts are not habitable for it. But when there's a mixing pot of emotions, secrets, and trauma, it makes them truly believe that they have a chance. That they can do this. While dealing with the ghosts of the past, the two soon realize that all that glitters is not necessarily gold.Complete
