These are some emotional escapes that I used when I was drowning. some matters of an overthinking, overdramatic, and too-emotional-to-live mind. I hope you will find your own home in them. Some will find them wierd, some will not.
Before proceeding I want to let you know there are times when everything around seems falling and there is complete darkness. Anxiety and depression are like black hole. you keep pulling yourselves out. But no. there is no escape. And the bad news is no helping hand can pull you out of it till you yourself doesn't take command of your heart and mind. Andam nervous due to my regular disposition. Hope you will like it.

just some poems I wrote when I'm feeling low or in a dark place, my poems help me cope with my depression and other mental problems it also helps me from going all the way down in my dark times. these poems are dark, depressing and some have suicide in them, if you don't like poems like that I wouldn't recommend reading this. Tired of trying to be everything. Trying to be perfect. Wrong paths and wrong people and missed opportunities. Am I letting my mental illness take over my life? A look into the mind of a BPD, Anxiety ridden woman. With no identity but her Panic. With my ways it's hard to keep down anything healthy, relationships that don't last but stay with me like my own personal demons. And evil around the corner you'd never see coming. The pain changes you. Trauma changes you. It strips you away from yourself. BPD strips away your identity sometimes I guess this is my way of finding myself again, through writing and reflecting and realizing it is okay to be hurting. Madness
Mind is a wonderful thing.. it's something that makes us-humans, different from one another. We all have a nose,a mouth, two hands, two feet, two eyes, one head-it's the mind inside that head that makes a difference. It's the mind that decides our character, it decides our actions, it defines our life,it's our mind that makes us love or hate something or someone. People aren't all bad or all good.. they have a touch of both but it's the mind that tricks us into loving or hating a person. Most of the times we don't actually love a person, we love the image of the person that our mind creates based on our memories with that person & same goes for the hate as well, we have bad memories with a person, we have a bad image of the person which leads to us hating that particular individual. We don't see people for who they actually are, we don't see the world for what it actually is, we merely see the image of it that our mind has created, the world for us is nothing more than an illusion. Our own personal illusion.. What's funny is that no one's ever going to know your illusion-your world as it is for you.. Despite all of the brilliant illusions that our mind creates, mind itself is the greatest creation of the mother nature. Without mind-this great tool, there would've been no cell phones, no television, no books, no music, no love, no hate, no life. nothing! But in reality, the mind is but a twisted yarn of madness. Art of Letting Go
" Let your heart grief, It's okay. It will heal eventually." Art of Letting Go captures the raw and authentic emotions of moments, a roller-coaster of feelings, and a definition of life to choose not to give up. This book was to give people a chance to relate themselves to the pages and dip themselves with emotions that involve grief, loss, heartache, abuse, and feeling lost in life. A glimpse of these pages may change someone's life by giving them purpose of hope and shed light in the darkest of their hearts. I wrote the "Art of Letting Go" about 3 years ago without an end because I never knew how to moved on from a chapter that felt like a never-ending cycle. I left the story feeling like it was untold. I found hope and my transfiguration in life to help others in search of the light again. In the experiences, challenges, and struggles that I faced over the years, I had to give this book an ending it deserved. We deserve closure, we deserve our voices and stories to be heard and to be told. After 3 years, I came back to finish a story that needed to be closed and a chapter in my life that needed to heal. I realized that I struggled to finish this because there were parts of myself that couldn't heal from the past. I struggled to break free from the pain and it always kept coming back. I was really lost at some point in life and I came back to re-reading my poems and reflected in them. I found pieces of myself, teaching me that I was already in the process of healing all along. I was fighting all this time. I was resilient from all the storms that I've endured. My point is, YOU are too. Whatever you are going through, your storms will wither away and you will find your ray of light again.Complete
Escaping the Monster's Embrace (OLD BEING REWRITTEN )
(Currently being rewritten under a new name The Claimed) Everything changed when they came out of hiding, terror spread across the world as people began to question if our presidents and our global leaders lied to us and weren't from the same race. The Beasts blended in amongst us as if we were the same, except humans didn't have the same predatory instincts and we couldn't change our forms like they could. Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing. Some were unlucky and taken as something that the Beasts called a Mate that one word made fear spread throughout my veins, I would rather sell my soul than have one of them mutts chain me to them. Six months went by before the government, that was un-tainted by this vile race began to take action into their own hands contacting other countries and militaries causing the great war to happen, sending both my parents off to fight for our rights. Only one of them came back, two months was the longest we lasted before we were overpowered by them. Six years of living in this dysfunctional environment and my hatred had never dwindled. Some people still believed in god and had faith in him, I didn't know what I believed in but I prayed like everyone else that I would get through another day without hearing the soul crushing word 'Mate'. Feeling betrayed, misunderstood, chewed up and spat out by the world, its when I get sonder, that I realise I might not be as alone as I thought. This is my autobiography, in a series of harsh and delicate words, painted as a story. Includes drugs, sex, alcoholism, depression, anxiety, self harm, suicidal tendencies, assault and other hard topics, so read at your own discretion. THIS IS THE TRIGGER WARNING. I wrote it, with the intention that, if there are people in the world who feel alone and misunderstood just like me, and can benefit in any way by relating to my stories in my poems, then I have done at least one thing right.
