Luna Terratine hated her name.

She despised it. Simple as that. To her, it was cliché and so gaudy she could not stand it, especially when people pointed out that she was destined for the greatness and the vastness of the danger we call space - it only made her name all the more hateful.

But make no mistake, as Head Doctor of the U.S.S. Farragut, Luna certainly is brilliant.

However, she gets reassigned to the Enterprise to tend to multitudes of injured people after John Harrison's deadly genocidal attack. Despite her strong resolute against squeamish scenes like twisted arms and frightful diseases, she has always been emotionally weak and extremely submissive to emotions.

And then Khan walks straight into her life.

But even if he will never fall into the black hole of sentiment, who says a girl can't?

And ruin herself in the process?
