Velvet has another goal: to kill a ruggedly handsome man who killed her brother, she won't  stop at just 'killing' them. She would make them suffer.

This is a new world. The world is divided into three cities. Their lifestyle is based on the appearance of a person. If you're beautiful, you belong to the City of Beauty. If you're average, something that lies in between, you will be placed in the City of Commons. And if you have a face unacceptable, you have no choice, your home is the City of Ruins.

You see in this new world. Pretty faces only get the chance to live to the fullest. All damaged goods are disregarded.
