If there is a God up there, a Higher Power, then why does he allow us to hurt so deeply?
Beatrice is a 15 year old girl, who wasn't caught up with boys and relationships like the rest of her peers, however she had a lot of male friends. She went jogging one Saturday morning and one of her so-called friends, James, invited her for a coffee break before she'd continue her jog. She obliged. When she got there, she found herself in a rather uncomfortable situation that she wasn't familiar with. No girl is ever familiar with this type of 'thing', and they shouldn't be. She had trusted him and he betrayed that, overstepped the line. He raped her.
And this, is her and every other victim's story about sexual abuse. This book is there to raise awareness, but also for the answers to questions that are frequently asked from us all.
