Luna Dagon has never been like the other children around her. Her appearance and manner are startling and there are rumors of her relation to the moon goddess, Senunda, that have been floating around since her birth. They say that she is a Child of the Night, that she will bring about the destruction of home when she is thirteen years old. But Luna has never been as unlucky and destructive as she is perceived to be, however that doesn't stop the locals from making her out to be a demon. But what happens when the prophecy comes true? Only it is not by Luna's doing, but rather the product of two warring dragon clans who are unable to settle their differences. With her home destroyed and nowhere else to go, Luna joins one of the clans responsible for the ruin of the city she has known since childhood.
