Shantelle Keen Alvarez is a simple lady from one of of the province In Luzon which is Calayan.They moved to the city when her father passed away because of Lung Cancer. Bullied when she's in middle school and forced her to take a scholarship on one of the prestigious schools in Manila.

Hinihintay niya pa rin yung batang lalaki na naging parti ng kanyang pagkatao. Kahit pa magkayelo sa Pilipinas,di siya titigil at aasa na babalik yung bata.
