The brain tumor gets a biopsy sample. Then Hot shot is diagnosed with Medulloblastoma a type of brain cancer. Hot shot is ready to be brave and fight his cancer. He makes friends with seven other kids in the hospital with the same type of cancer. They become the best of friends and decide to fight their cancer together.
