Chief Rouvelier orders a cruel new test on a human girl using Allen Walkers DNA. The tests became known as Project 14. After it fails time after time, it finally succeeds, but the test subject escapes and tries to live on her own. What happens when she finds out the horrible nature in which she was born? Will the Central Order eliminate her, or will she eliminate them?
