It is not my purpose, at this time, to write a novelization of the events of the Hero of Time's era in regards to Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask as I desire to press on from familiar grounds to less familiar grounds as opened to the imagination of all. This text captures simply my take on the life of the Hero of Time and the events pertaining to his life and fate. 

I intend to capture the events of the return of the Hero to Hyrule after his maddening adventure in Termina, Ganondorf's invasion of Hyrule, and the fall of the hero in becoming the 'shade'.

For conciseness of the tale, in text, I reference my other post, 'Chronicles of a Legend' for suggested reading. However, you may not want to read too much as it contains spoilers, but it's up to you.

This novelization also covers the events of the Hero's Shade which ties with the events of the Legend of Zelda's 'Twilight Princess' In regards to the War of Twilight, the text shall cover only that which pertains to the Hero of Time.

Link lives a peaceful life as a ranch hand in Ordon Village. He spends his days herding goats, helping the villagers, playing with the village children, and riding his horse with his friend Ilia. His life is quiet and simple, and that's how he likes it. Then, one day, everything changes. His village is attacked by monsters and his friends are abducted. As he chases after them, Link comes face-to-face with an unnatural black wall stretching across the forest. The next thing he knows, he's in a dungeon, and he's . . . a wolf? Rescued by an imp named Midna, and told of his fate by Zelda, Princess of Hyrule, he is thrust into an adventure against a dark force unlike any that Hyrule has ever seen. He will face countless obstacles and nameless evils, but he knows he has to try. Even still, a lingering doubt gnaws at him even as the dangers of power rear their ugly heads. How can light prevail when the shadows themselves are alive? This is a novelization of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I have taken a few creative liberties in the process of novelization to try and ensure the story flows well and makes sense. I do not own and do not claim to own anything pertaining to Nintendo or the Zelda franchise. This is written in appreciation of the game's story and not to claim it as my own.

He has made it his life goal to protect (Y/n) from himself and place a veil over her eyes to keep her from seeing his wrongs. Her wrath would for sure be the end of his evil plans. One day, Link saves a woman from the Yiga clan members, and that woman turns out to be Zelda. She tells him about where she has been for the past five years, and once Link finds out the truth, he dedicates his days to helping Zelda feel safe and happy again away from her selfish, rich father Rhoam and her forced fiance, Ganondorf. While Link and Zelda try to save themselves from the abuse, an evil prince from another country declares war on Hyrule in hopes of annexing the kingdom, and Link must go to war, leaving Zelda. Alright ladies and gents, It's wedding season in Castle Town and on this season of the bachelor is non-other than the Hero of Time! Link has defeated Ganondorf and Hyrule has once again recaptured its' reign of peace and prosperity. Or has it? Mayhem has returned to the land of Hyrule as news sweeps the nation that the Hero of Time must be wed! The royal family will hold a competition/ball, and all are welcome to enter. However, our hero Link has only eyes for one girl... and that's you dear reader! (For the sake of the story we are going to pretend Zelda does not send Link back to the child timeline.) This is a Link x Reader romance and my first time writing something of this genre. There will be a PG-13 ending AND an NC-17 one. Far in the future, Link and Ganondorf battle in broken world, a fusion of the 'child' and 'adult' timelines. Hyrule is ravaged and all inhabitants, even Ganon's minions, have abandoned their homes due to fear of Link and Ganon's conflict. A Demigod takes advantage of their weakened states and places power inhibitors on their necks, forcing Link and Ganon to work together. This is an old fanfic from 2014. Keep in mind that this is not written as a thoroughly as novel, so this story does not have detailed descriptions of environments or senses. This is written as a plot synopsis/script for a video game premise. I have written this plot in such a way that it can easily fit into the far future of any Zelda timeline. (I should mention that I do have a copyright on this plot, not all of the characters. Because the plot I have written can fit into any JRPG video game, I acquired a copyright by swapping out all of Zelda's characters, places and terms with other names. However, the Demigod (his personality and goals) is my creation as well (ergo, also under the copyright) since he is a character that is from one of my novels. I know that my plot would essentially be a Zelda rip-off as it is, so I would not sell it on that basis. I have a copyright on the plot just in case, so no one can just randomly try to steal it without giving me proper compensation.)
