Years in the future, half of the world is destroyed. One of the few societies that managed to come together was the city of Nequam, an island that was half man made in addition to it's previous existence as New York City. 
     Penny and Charlie are part of a group of children who's parents were taken away to the Wasteland. With a strange genetic mutation affecting most of the population, the two of them attempt to escape their path to the Endless March in hopes of finding their parents.
