Ariana, a twenty year-old, just finished her studies and is all set for wearing a white coat to the clinic as a physiotherapist. The best part about her stepping out into the career world is that her best friend, Naina, will be by her side.

Siddharth, Naina's ex, wants revenge. Naina slapped him when she caught him cheating and it bruised his ego. Driven by revenge, he blackmails her into wedlock. 

Ariana is hired by her family friend who's wife needs a personal physiotherapist. The catch however, is that she has to move to New York, away from her family. Naina accompanies her to NYC. There, she realises she will have to bear a hot jerk, aka her family friend's son, Harry, who just so happens to be Sid's best friend.

Four people, in the midst of this drama in the beautiful city of New York... Will they be able to sort their feelings and love out? Or will they crumble and fall??
