Kenny feels like a misfit at school, but at least he has his oddball best friend, August. The two spend many of their afternoons exploring the preservation lake - a mysterious and beautiful Lost Age creation predating the Dust Wars, which society has only recently recovered from. But when August spots an unlikely piece of furniture at the bottom of the otherwise pristine lake, their investigation into the oddity will spark an adventure unlike anything either of them expected. Who says you have to be big to be a hero? ---- This story is complete, and will have 6 parts/chapters. Comments and feedback are greatly appreciated! I hope you enjoy. ~Jenn H.

***NaNoWriMo 2018 Project*** PRACTICAL MAGIC x PERCY JACKSON Willow thought her biggest concern was keeping her nightly chats with the selkies and nereids a secret from her mother. That is until she's tasked with stopping an evil warlock, hellbent on using the magic of the Salem witches to get what he wants. He will stop at nothing until the Underworld is free to roam. Wanting nothing more than to complete her eighth-grade year in peace, Willow doesn't want anything to do with stopping a warlock. That is until a moon goddess asks for her help, personally.
