Gold Blood

The Royal families in Aldedge all have Gold Blood. Only the royals have gold blood and once a century a gold blood is born into a red family. Nobody can explain it all they know is that every hundred years this happens. The Gold bloods can have any talent, most common is the ability to control metals, and the ability to control the earth elements (soil + plants) The high up families in Aldedge all have silver blood, most of the silver bloods have a talent. Every silver blood either has the ability of extreme strength or they are shadows able to slip in and out without being noticed. The common families all have red blood. They rarely have talents only a few do. They have more common talents when they do have talents such as talking to animals and the ability for plants to grow.
Acelynn is the lucky person born with Gold blood. She's from a family of reds and yet she has incredible abilities and Gold Blood. Every year since the last Gold Blood was born the Royal family has been looking for the next Gold Blood. Hoping that the Gold Blood will make their line stronger. Acelynn has been hiding her abilities her entire life. The only ones that know about them are her family and her best friend Amos.
