Just an ordinary girl or so she was always led to believe, Jacelain 19 years in age and attended regular school had no idea that the day of her birthday...everything would go topsy-turvy.
Jem, and (no its not short of anything) Kalen who were anything BUT ordinary, and were covered from shoulders to toe in fighting gear. They also were defintely not normal by the rune looking markings that visibly showed upon their skin, thick and black but only visible to those who had The Sight or was one of their kind....Dayhunters.
For those who read this story, yes it's based off Shadowhunters but it IS NOT the same! The plots, characters, and everything incorporated is of my own imagination, though one name is very familiar for those of you who read the trilogy about James Carstairs, Tessa Gray and William Herondole, Jem is short for James but in my story its JUST Jem because his character prefers not to make his whole first name known to readers. So thank you for understanding!! Also the word parabatai was borrowed only cause I couldn't think of a different word to use!

This story begins in the country of Britannia. A country where several certain races live with one another. And at the center of these races stood a girl. A beautiful girl with wild molten hair and eyes that reflected the universe. She was the creation of love and the child of wilderness. Many don't know how she was born, some saying that she was the daughter of the blazing sun while others say that she was born from ashes during an alluring eclipse. The name they called her? Isabelle has been sending updates once a month to the New York City Institute. She has pushed Clary in her training in between visits with Tessa Grey even though Clary has nearly stopped hunting completely.
