When news breaks loose in America about a great war about to come, thousands of teenagers receive word that they've been drafted into the military.
However, a small portion of these young men are given another option in order to avoid combat. 

A new governmental project by the name "Wendy's Children" offers sanctuary on a nearby island in exchange for manual labor in newly built factories.
