it's about the future and instead of having all this hi-tech stuff like we predicted, we reversed power control. kingdoms are now put back into power and states are now in territories. and the same goes for being different or affiliate with magic. ashley spenson can control things with her mind basically. she's homeschooled because if you're different affiliated with magic, you would be sentenced to death. she goes to library everyday and becomes friends with the Prince (Lucas). in the book their friendship grows stronger and they eventually fall in love. but during the book, Ashley's powers increase, causing her to have an outbreak while in Lucas' bathroom. he finds out but has to keep it a secret and stuff. the whole book is about them, their future, and the kingdom. idk i came up with it while on a bus lol.
