Caroline Daelan is in complete love with cats, so when she finds out her sister Makayla is a werewolves mate (Nick) you can only imagine how upset she gets.     Then, when Caroline's parents kick her out of the house so she could "work harder" her older sister Makayla tells them off and gets out the house with Caroline in tow and no clothes, money or food. She then happily moves in with her rich mate, and Caroline has no choice but to go with her.                                        After she witnesses her cat die at the hand of a wolf in Nick's pack, she is so tired of life there and tries to run away and kill herself until she finds out that she is the mate of a leader of a huge pack of rogues.
