All stand users across the globe have been exiled from their home towns and cities and all of those towns and cities have been surrounded by massive walls. The main character is one of those victims. Jolyon Joestar. He and his fellow stand users must fight for their freedom and rights against the leader of the government, Billy Jack. This story is about a retribution.
