The once peaceful land of Eternal has now been taken over by King Shadow. The last two people who could defeat him were assassinated and the people lost all hope. Five people all with very different skills come together as the last warriors of Eternal. People will look down on them and see them as just teens trying to get themselves killed but over time will they see that this is what they have been waiting for? Will they see that these are their new protectors? Will they see that these youth are trying to give them their sense of pride back?

One was left standing until a powerful creature appears the individual tried to fight it but it was useless the seven individuals that died in battle came back to life and helped fight the creature and defeat it. Once the creature was defeated the eight individuals looked at each other until symbol appeared on them choosing them as heroes. A vortex appeared behind the individuals and took them to another world. What will happen to the individuals who are they going to fight? All they know is that they are not in their world anymore. A land of shadows, of mystery, of obfuscated Truth. Welcome to the Greylands, that strange world, within the bounds of Time, peopled by mortal men. We cannot see truly, only as through a glass, darkly. There are things that move and have their being completely beyond our ability to perceive them. There are things beyond our mortal ability to comprehend. There are hints and glimmers hidden within the body of revealed Truth, but there is much we do not know, cannot yet understand, and could never dare dream. These stories are mere fancy, with a seed of Truth at their core. They play with the ideas of mortality and Eternity, Time and things beyond it, and of course the epic battle of Good against Evil. Each stands alone, and though there are common themes, threads, names, and concepts, each story is an entity unto itself and should not be seen as occurring in the same world or mistaken for installments of a series. These are random musings, not Gospel Truth, and should not be taken as such. Joy, hope, and encouragement are hopefully a byproduct, but certainly not sound Theology. It's understandable to be afraid of the dark. Sometimes it is peoples worst fear. But just because people fear it, doesn't mean it's dangerous. Or rather she, not it. While Nyx is one of the strongest creatures to ever walk the Earth, she is a very likable person, if you don't know about her past. The Eternals were sent to protect the Earth from creatures called Deviants. They were sent to help the world evolve. And not just the Earth. After surviving the plague, wars, and tyranny, the Eternals go their separate ways. Some of them have not seen each other for hundreds of years, but now, they need to get over the past and save the world.
